Right Level for Every Student

Islamic Studies is customised by age — children, teenagers and adults all learn the same Deen but at the depth and style appropriate to them.

Beginners (Ages 5–8) — Islamic Foundations
The 5 Pillars, 6 Articles of Faith, basic Duas (eating, sleeping, entering home), Prophet Muhammad's name and story, Islamic manners, Arabic names of Allah. Taught through stories and games.

Junior (Ages 8–12) — Building Knowledge
Detailed Fiqh (Wudu, Salah, Fasting), Seerah of the Prophet ﷺ (birth to Hijra), stories of Prophets, expanded Duas and Adhkar, Aqeedah basics including Tawheed and Shirk.

Intermediate (Ages 12–16) — Deeper Understanding
Full Seerah of the Prophet ﷺ, detailed Aqeedah (Tawheed categories, dangers of Shirk), Fiqh of Zakat and Hajj, Hadith sciences basics, Seerah of major Companions.

Can Islamic Studies be combined with Quran classes?
Yes — many students do both at the same time. Islamic Studies can run alongside Noorani Qaida, Nazra or Tajweed. We can arrange a combined timetable to cover both in separate daily sessions.
What age can children start Islamic Studies?
We welcome students from age 5. Our youngest level uses stories, drawings and games to make Islamic education engaging and memorable for young children.
Do you teach in English or Urdu?
Both. For students in UK, USA, Canada and Australia who prefer English, we teach entirely in English. For Urdu-speaking families, Urdu medium is available. Teachers are fluent in both.
Is this course suitable for new Muslims?
Absolutely. We have a specific adult beginners level designed for new Muslims and adults who did not grow up with formal Islamic education. The teacher starts from the very basics with patience and without judgment.
Is there a certificate at the end?
Yes. Students who complete each level of the Islamic Studies curriculum receive a completion certificate from Ilm e Deen Institute. For children, these are excellent motivational milestones in their Islamic education journey.
